I originally got my first box from my dentist. I tried to order some from Valplast. They took my money, but never sent the product. When I ordered through Dental/Stores, I got a response immediately and received my product promptly. I appreciated working with a business that works in a professional manner. And I particularly like the fact that they do not charge shipping. I will continue ordering from them.
